Job Description
The Bilingual HR Manager plays a pivotal role in managing human resources functions while effectively communicating in multiple languages to support a diverse workforce. This position oversees recruitment, employee relations, and ensures compliance with labor laws, fostering a productive and inclusive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and promote engagement
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate training and professional development programs
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Support performance management and employee evaluation processes
- Communicate effectively in multiple languages to support diverse teams
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in human resources
