Program Director

We're seeking an experienced Program Director to lead multiple service locations within a growing organization dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centered care. What You’ll Do As Program Director, you'll provide operational leadership across multiple service locations while partnering with regional leadership to ensure outstanding service delivery, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and employee engagement. You’ll be responsible for: Leading and developing a team of front‑line managers and supervisors Driving operational excellence through coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement Ensuring high‑quality services that prioritize safety, dignity, and positive outcomes Building and maintaining a culture focused on employee engagement and retention Monitoring key performance indicators and implementing action plans to improve results Supporting hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members Partnering with clinical, quality, human resources, and operational leaders to achieve organizational goals Maintaining readiness for regulatory reviews, audits, and quality inspections Managing budgets, staffing resources, scheduling, and operational efficiencies Building positive relationships with individuals served, families, community partners, and internal stakeholders What We’re Looking For We're looking for a leader who combines operational discipline with a genuine passion for serving others. Preferred qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Services, Business, Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or a related field 3‑5+ years of progressive leadership experience overseeing multi‑site operations or complex service delivery Experience leading teams in healthcare, human services, behavioral health, long‑term care, senior living, or related environments Proven ability to develop leaders, improve performance, and manage change Strong financial, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities Comfortable working in a dynamic, field‑based leadership role with regular travel Why Join Us?
