About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO, a senior executive leader with a strong background in governance, strategic planning, and operational execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic alignment, strengthening governance, and ensuring the organization's mission and strategic priorities are effectively translated into actionable plans. This role requires a trusted advisor to the CEO, with the ability to lead the executive office, coordinate with the Board of Directors, and manage enterprise performance. The Chief of Staff will also play a critical role in organizational change and transformation, leading efforts to evolve the operating model, member engagement approach, and digital capabilities. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree strongly preferred, and a minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in a professional, healthcare, or trade association. The role demands a high level of professionalism, collaboration, and a commitment to the organization's mission. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive influence, governance excellence, and strategic and systems thinking. Core competencies include leadership and staff development, consensus building, and change leadership. The Chief of Staff will be expected to have strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a demonstrated capacity to lead innovation strategies and organizational change in a dynamic environment.
