The Renaissance Indianapolis North boasts 266 guest rooms, and 12,400 sq ft of event space.What you will have an opportunity to do:2nd Shift PositionPosition requires availability to work on both Saturdays and Sundays.Please apply directly at careers.pyramidglobal.com to ensure we receive your application.Eligible for $500 in sign on bonuses ($250 paid after 30 days, $250 after 90 days)POSITION SUMMARY:Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel’s restaurant; ensuring excellent guest service, high-quality food and beverage offerings, and overall profitability. This role involves managing restaurant staff, maintaining inventory, enforcing quality standards and optimizing service efficiency while upholding hotel polices and brand standards.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Responsible for daily restaurant operations, including dining service, reservations and guest interactions.Ensure a smooth and efficient workflow between the kitchen, bar and front of the house teams.Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation and service standards.Maintain compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations as well as liquor laws.Provide a welcoming and memorable dining experience for guests.Address guest inquiries, complaints and special requests professionally and efficiently. Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat business.Monitor reviews and feedback to continuously improve service quality.Monitor the inventory of food, beverage and supplies as well as labor expenses; ensuring cost effectiveness.Collaborate with the sales and culinary teams to develop special promotions, seasonal offerings and themed events to attract guests.Recruit, train, schedule and supervise restaurant servers, hosts, bartenders, bussers, In-Room Dining attendants and any other role which reports to the restaurant.Ensure associates adhere to hotel policies, grooming standards and service protocols.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred.3-5 years of restaurant management experience.Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software is preferred.Ability to multitask, problem solve, and work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work flexible hours; including weekends and holidays.#Ind200What are we looking for?Compensation:$65000$70000Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
