Registered Nurse

This position involves providing nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. The role will include a scheduled weekend rotation. Specific weekend dates are outlined in the contract. Candidates may be required to work some holidays. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary. Float requirements may apply based on facility needs and staffing policies. Nurses should expect to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team. Candidates should be prepared for a diverse patient population with varying diagnoses. Floating will occur in rotation with existing staff as per facility policy. Appropriate orientation will be provided for any new units. Compliance with facility policies and safety standards is essential. Applicants must have an active license upon application. Local candidates are welcome to apply.
