Two Maids & A Mop of Manassas is hiring! We’re looking for reliable, upbeat professionals to work as part of our two‑person cleaning teams. Responsibilities Travel to customers’ homes and perform routine and specific cleaning tasks as assigned. Work in teams using our Two Maids systems, products, and equipment. Provide excellent customer service through clear communication and attention to detail. Follow safety and cleanliness standards to protect clients and maintain service quality. Requirements & Qualifications Valid driver’s license and well‑maintained vehicle (we accept any age as long as it is clean, safe, and insured). Ability to pass a standard background check. Must have a positive, professional attitude and excellent teamwork skills. Availability Monday‑Friday from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm. Reliable transportation to commute to job sites. English speaking and basic math skills. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay $12–$14, with potential weekly earnings of $500 + based on performance. Mileage reimbursement. Paid training, all supplies and equipment are provided. Full and part‑time positions available. Quarterly team celebrations and opportunities for advancement.
