Front Desk Representative
Our client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Front Desk Representative for their Marshfield, WI location. Responsibilities include providing effective and efficient handling of onsite walk ins from or to Security Health plan members, providers, and colleagues ensuring a positive experience for all members in a fun and fast-paced atmosphere. Duties also include greeting members, troubleshooting, answering phone calls, and general administration tasks.
Requirements include standard computer processing, outlook, Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, customer service experience required (1-3 years), and hands on training on greeting members, finding members in the system, and customer service skills.
