Director, AI-Driven Software Quality & Automation

JCI

Johnson Controls is seeking a Director of Software Quality Assurance Engineering to lead quality strategy across the Fire Solutions Business Unit. You will oversee global teams, drive AI-driven practices, and advance automated testing across embedded, cloud, mobile, and web platforms. Leader will shape governance, digital twin testing, and CI/CD integration while traveling occasionally to global R&D sites.
