This is more than a traditional warehouse leadership role-you'll be at the intersection of technology, logistics, customer service, and team leadership.In this role, you'll lead day-to-day operations involving technical equipment, including staging, imaging, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, repair, refurbishment, inventory management, fulfillment, and reverse logistics. You'll work directly with warehouse teams, technical support, customers, vendors, and leadership to keep operations running smoothly and ensure customer expectations are exceeded. Why You'll Love This OpportunityMake an impact: Your leadership directly influences operational performance, customer satisfaction, and team success.Lead and develop people: Coach, mentor, and develop employees while building a strong, accountable, and high-performing team.Work with technology: Get hands-on with hardware deployment, diagnostics, imaging, configuration, repairs, and asset lifecycle management.Solve real problems: Investigate errors, identify root causes, and implement solutions that make the operation better.Keep things moving: Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, fulfillment, returns, repairs, replacements, and asset recovery.Drive continuous improvement: Find smarter, faster, and safer ways to get the job done.Build customer relationships: Partner directly with customers to resolve escalated issues and deliver exceptional service.Grow your leadership career: Gain valuable experience managing people, technology, logistics, customer relationships, and complex operations. What You'll DoAs the Technical Services 3PL Supervisor, you'll take ownership of daily operations and help ensure our teams consistently deliver on quality, productivity, and customer commitments.You will:Lead and supervise teams responsible for the testing, imaging, configuration, troubleshooting, staging, repair, and refurbishment of technical equipment.Oversee reverse logistics, including returns, repairs, replacements, and asset recovery.Ensure equipment is accurately prepared, tested, and validated to meet customer specifications and quality standards.Coordinate technical support activities related to product deployment and hardware integration.Manage inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and fulfillment.Ensure compliance with safety, security, shipping, and customer-specific procedures.Serve as a key point of contact for customers when escalated issues arise involving shipments, orders, damages, or other operational concerns.Organize daily workloads and staffing to maximize productivity and meet customer and company goals.Monitor team performance and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, quality, and accuracy.Lead investigations into pick-and-ship errors, identify root causes, and help prevent repeat issues.Provide productivity and efficiency reporting to management.Support accurate and timely customer billing in partnership with Corporate and Billing teams.Train, coach, and develop new and existing employees.Help develop lead personnel who can support training and day-to-day operations.Monitor temporary employee performance, hours, and agency billing.Partner with management to anticipate staffing needs and adjust resources as business demands change.Coordinate special warehouse and technical projects.Oversee weekly, quarterly, and annual cycle counts.Promote a clean, safe, organized, and professional work environment.You're a Great Fit If You...Enjoy leading people and getting results.Are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or 3PL environment.Have a strong interest in technology, hardware, and technical operations.Are a natural problem solver who looks beyond the immediate issue to find the root cause.Can confidently communicate with employees, customers, vendors, and leadership.Know how to prioritize when everything feels important.Take ownership and make decisions rather than waiting to be told what to do.Enjoy coaching employees and helping others develop their skills.Are organized, detail-oriented, and committed to getting things right.Can balance customer expectations with operational realities.Are comfortable adapting to changing priorities and business needs.Qualifications2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, IT, business administration, or a related field preferred.Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.Experience with technical equipment deployment, repair, configuration, imaging, or troubleshooting preferred.3PL, warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or reverse logistics experience is a plus.Ability to obtain required TSA certification.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and make sound, timely decisions.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.Ready to Lead What's Next?Join a team where your ideas can improve operations, your leadership can help people grow, and your work directly contributes to customer success.Bring your leadership.
