What You'll Do As a CDL Class A Driver, you'll safely operate company vehicles and tractor-trailer combinations to transport materials between customer locations and our facilities while providing outstanding customer service. You'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Safely operate a CDL Class A vehicle in accordance with all DOT regulations and company policies Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Pick up and deliver materials safely and efficiently Secure loads properly and ensure all cargo is transported safely Complete required paperwork and electronic logs accurately Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and team members Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed What We're Looking For Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record Current DOT Medical Card Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check Strong commitment to safety Excellent attendance and reliability Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to safely operate a tractor-trailer and other commercial vehicles Previous commercial driving or recycling experience is a plus, but not required Why You'll Love Working Here Schedule: Home daily Full-time, steady work Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Paid training Supportive team environment Disability insurance Life insurance Requirements Driver Qualifications: Must be 21 years of age or older with a CDL Class A license Roll Off Experience A Plus Have a current DOT physical Provide a current MVR Pass a DOT drug and alcohol test No more than 1 chargeable accident in 5 years No more than 2 moving violation convictions in 5 years #J-18808-Ljbffr Smirecyclers
