Senior Talent Sourcing Partner-Wealth - Jacksonville, FL - Contract - $40-50 Per HR

Key Responsibilities

• Manage talent sourcing processes with hiring managers and recruitment partners.
• Deliver a robust candidate pipeline for assigned requisitions.
• Build and maintain a network of talent candidates in key disciplines and markets.
• Provide high-quality market intelligence on organizational structures and trends.
• Conduct effective screening and engagement with prospective candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct delivery of sourcing in-house, RPO, or recruitment agency industry.
• Expertise in sourcing revenue-generating hires in sectors such as Wealth, Banking, or Markets.
• Proficient in social media channels and advanced search techniques.
• Strong working knowledge of candidate attraction channels.
• Proven ability to manage complex sourcing and research assignments.
