Supporting Marketplace providers, the full-time remote Customer Success Associate will deliver operational assistance, maintain provider listings, and enhance customer satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary support contact for providers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Build and nurture positive relationships with Marketplace providers to enhance engagement and satisfaction Monitor customer activity and proactively identify opportunities for improving the customer experience Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 2-3 years of experience in Implementation, Account Management, or a related field Past experience in a healthcare setting is required Demonstrated experience handling escalated or complex customer support issues Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
