License or Certification:

• Must be in possession of current state license or certification in states where licensing is not required, as an occupational therapy assistant; defer to state practice act.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
