Talent Aquisition / HR Generalist

Kforce's client in Bowie, MD is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate to support full-cycle recruitment efforts for a growing global program. This role partners with recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders to identify, attract, and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with client and organizational requirements. Talent acquisition functions commonly include candidate sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, offer support, and recruitment process coordination. Key Responsibilities:
- Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and candidate selection
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Screen resumes and conduct candidate evaluations to identify qualified talent
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
- Assist with offer preparation, compensation discussions, and onboarding activities
- Draft and tailor candidate resumes/CVs to align with client and proposal requirements
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and applicant tracking records
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations, client requirements, and recruiting processes
- Provide recruitment reporting and market insights to stakeholders
- 3+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experience
- Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience supporting proposal-based or project-focused recruiting
- Experience working in a professional services or consulting environment
