Special Skills/Experience required:

BLS

2+ Years of Hosp. experience

Must have In-Patient Rehab and/or Hospital Experience

Wound Care Experience Required

Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed:

Experience with the following:

2-3 Years of experience in Rehab and/or acute hospital.

Specialty/Unit Certifications Required:

(PT) Active PTOT TX License – no Temp License allowed

Procedures performed on unit:

In-patient Rehab Occupational Therapy – neuro and ortho patient evaluations & treatments

Acute (Ortho, Tele and ICU) evaluations & treatments

Wound Care

Dress Code:

Scrub Color: PT: Hunter Green - Scrubs Require Purchase

Nail Policy: Clean and Healthy, no artificial nails, gel, next gen, etc.

Hair: hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed. Hair must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer when working in the lab.

Tattoos: Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually

Piercings: Visible piercings other than ears is prohibited. This includes nose rings, tongue rings, etc.
