Global VP of Operations & Continuous Improvement

Verathon Inc

CIVCO seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead manufacturing and operations globally, including Iowa and Juarez. You will shape strategy, drive LEAN initiatives, and ensure disciplined execution across sites and functions with strong financial discipline. Reporting to the President, you will oversee manufacturing operations, supply chain, safety, facilities, IT, and continuous improvement, aligning enterprise goals with site-level performance.
