Maple Ridge Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our team in Willoughby, OH. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being in a warm and supportive environment. Job Description To provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, prevention, and evaluation. Direct the day to day activities of the nursing assistants. Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician and perform other drug administration. Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physician, nursing supervisor and family. Complete required record keeping upon residents’ admission, discharge, transfer; chart and document per facility policy. Are You Customer service orientated. Currently hold a valid LPN license in good standing. Have a thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations. Experienced in the hands‑on care of memory‑impaired residents. Can maintain and update effective service plans and supervise the care staff. Have a comprehensive working knowledge of current medication regulations and laws. Eligible for permanent facility positions, including LPN, LVN, New Grad LPN, Nursing student, or an LPN Travel Nurse/Travel Contract LPN seeking permanent employment. Experienced in long‑term care preferred. Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms. Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff. Requirements Love working with people and handle everyday challenges with a smile. Graduate or future graduate from an accredited nursing program. Hold a current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms. Have a minimum of 1 year experience as an LPN in a long‑term care setting. A natural problem‑solver. Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff.
