About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead the commercial strategy and development of a new product division. This role is pivotal in the company's expansion, with a focus on building the commercial function from the ground up. The successful candidate will be responsible for proving demand, establishing a B2B pipeline, and eventually leading the team as the division scales. This is a hands-on position, requiring the CCO to be actively involved in all aspects of the commercial process, from prospecting to closing deals. The role also involves acting as a technical bridge between clients and internal partners, and planning the transition to in-house manufacturing. Candidates for the CCO position should have a minimum of 6 years' experience in B2B sales, business development, or technical account management, preferably within the MilTech, aerospace, electronics, hardware, or advanced industrial equipment sectors. A solid understanding of the UAV/unmanned systems market and the defense-tech ecosystem is essential. The ideal candidate will be a self-starting, high-agency operator with the ability to build a pipeline from scratch. Advanced English language skills and the ability to negotiate with a range of stakeholders are required. While not mandatory, an existing network in the UAV/drone manufacturing or defense integration space in Europe or Ukraine, as well as experience in setting up or scaling hardware manufacturing facilities, are considered strong advantages.
