Aviation MRO / Landing Gear / Component Repair

Miami, FL

$200,000 base + 10–20% bonus

the Fordy Group has been retained for a supply chain director for a global MRO based in south Florida. The company specializes in landing gear and repair overhaul and their parent company is a top 5 international MRO.

The role will lead procurement, purchasing, supplier management, inventory control, materials planning, logistics and parts availability across a fast-paced aviation repair and overhaul environment.

Ideal background:

Landing gear MRO

Aircraft component repair

Engine MRO

Heavy maintenance / C-check

Airframe maintenance

Hydraulics / actuators / wheels / brakes

AOG parts support

Rotables / aviation aftermarket

FAA Part 145 / EASA Part 145

This would suit a senior aviation supply chain leader who can improve supplier performance, inventory accuracy, purchasing discipline, cost control and operational delivery.
