EverLine Coatings, a rapidly scaling commercial service brand is looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive Operations Manager to lead crews in our Westchester location. Our small but rapidly growing team is in need of a critical field training and support function leader to successfully launch and support our growing network.

We are looking for an Field Operations Manager to oversee all staff, and operations of the local business unit. Field Operations Manager responsibilities include managing people in the work field, and ensuring that the work is executed to a high standard. This position requires the candidate to be in the Field managing the Service Teams and must be able to assist them when needed. To be successful in this role, you should be diligent, detail and results oriented, helping our people develop and be productive while ensuring our profits are on the rise. Ultimately, you'll help our company grow and thrive.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on the worksites
• Collaborate with owner on strategy and goal setting for growth
• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
• Direct the employee assessment process
• Prepare regular reports for ownership
• Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
• Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)

Requirements and skills include:

• Proven experience as an Field Operations Manager or similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
