Preschool Assistant ECT

Teaching Tree Early Childhood Learning Center is a high quality non‑profit early childhood learning program in Fort Collins. We are seeking an Aide/Assistant Teacher for our preschool classroom. Prior childcare experience is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and supporting children with diverse needs. Responsibilities Provide care and support for preschoolers in a classroom setting Implement behavior management strategies to create a positive learning environment Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues Assist in classroom activities and educational programs Contribute to curriculum development and educational planning Support the lead teachers in educating and engaging students. Skills Strong behavior management skills Excellent communication abilities to interact with students, parents, and staff Background in childcare or early childhood education Familiarity with curriculum development and classroom activities.
