Dietitian I – Full Time (New Grads are Welcome)

Work location: 6100 Harris Parkway Fort. Worth, TX 76132

\n

Work hours: 8AM – 5PM rotating weekends (once every 5th week) 

\n

Here’s What You Need:

\n

·        Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics, Food and Nutrition or related area required.

\n

·        1 Year health care experience preferred.

\n

·        RD - Registered Dietitian 6 Months required and

\n

·        LD - Licensed Dietitian 6 Months required.

\n

 

\n

Here’s What You Will Do:

\n

·        Utilizes each step of the Nutrition Care Process effectively and efficiently to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy to assigned patient populations.

\n

·        Promotes teamwork and supports organizational goals by demonstrating flexibility in scheduling and shift assignments. When indicated, willingly takes on work to even out case load or meet schedule deadlines.

\n

·        Effectively collaborates with peers so that essential shifts are covered.

\n

·        Promotes safe and effective care through effective communication and workflow practices, including the use of THR specific and High Reliability Organization (HRO) communication and safety strategies.

\n

·        Promotes Quality in Practice through systematic measurement of outcomes, regular performance evaluations, and continuous improvement.

\n

·        Maintains competence through ongoing self-evaluation and study aimed at identifying and closing relevant professional knowledge and/or performance gap.

\n
