Perform and review month-end close processes Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules Ensure reporting accuracy and compliance with accounting standards Support annual audit and statutory reporting requirements Support basic tax reporting, tax schedules, and finance-related tax matters where required Regulatory & Licensing Support Support finance-related regulatory and licensing projects Coordinate finance information requests from regulators, auditors, and external advisors Prepare supporting documentation for licensing applications and regulatory reviews Assist in maintaining regulatory reporting and finance governance requirements Review and monitor balance sheet reconciliations Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies Support finance control and audit readiness initiatives Ensure proper supporting documentation and audit trail maintenance Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Compliance and Operations teams on regulatory matters Coordinate with external auditors and consultants Participate in finance process improvement initiatives where required Support ad hoc finance and reporting projects Requirements Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines 7+ years’ experience in audit firms (Big 4 preferred) 3+ years’ in-house finance / reporting / month-end close experience Hands-on month-end closing and financial reporting experience Basic understanding of tax and accounting implications within regulated financial services environments Building the gateway to the crypto world. #J-18808-Ljbffr Atome
