Automotive Service ManagerO'Steen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram – Nashville, GA$50,000–$100,000 per year | Monday–Friday | NO SATURDAYSO'Steen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an experienced automotive professional to take ownership of our Service Department in Nashville, Georgia.This is a hands-on Service Manager position with highly skilled technicians already in place. The Service Manager will oversee the department while also working directly with customers as the primary Service Advisor and handling warranty administration.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Manager or a successful dealership Service Advisor who is ready to take the next step and run their own department.ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operation of the Service DepartmentServe as the primary Service Advisor and customer point of contactWrite repair orders, prepare estimates and present recommended repairs and maintenanceDispatch and manage work for experienced techniciansMaintain efficient shop workflow and technician productivityHandle CDJR/Stellantis warranty claims and administrationKeep customers informed throughout the repair processMaintain strong customer satisfaction and CSICoordinate internal and reconditioning work with the Sales DepartmentWork closely with the Parts DepartmentMonitor department performance, sales and gross profitGrow customer-pay business and service retentionEnsure manufacturer policies, procedures and training requirements are followedWho We're Looking ForDealership service experience is strongly preferred.
