Job Description Job Description Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (M-F, 9:00am-5:30pm) About Us We're a veterinary compounding pharmacy dedicated to making medicine time easier for pets and their owners. We partner with veterinarians to design customized medications that are effective, palatable, and stress-free (think chicken flavored treats instead of tablets). About the Role This is the pharmacy job you've been waiting for — no nights, weekends, or holiday shifts , and none of the retail chaos. Perfect for experienced pharmacists looking for a slower pace, phased retirement, or a meaningful end-of-career change. You'll still use your expertise every day, but instead of quotas and KPIs, your focus will be: * Talking to veterinarians and pet owners about customized medications that make medicine time easier * Being the go-to dosage solution expert , improving prescriptions and helping pets actually take their medicine * Supporting non-sterile compounding (training provided if needed) * Delivering high-touch, calm, quality-focused service — chaos optional Why You'll Love This Role * M-F, 9:00am-5:30pm — evenings, weekends, and holidays are yours * Use your expertise in a meaningful, human-focused way * Work in a calm, supportive environment with like-minded team members Qualifications * Licensed pharmacist in good standing * Retail pharmacy experience preferred * Loves animals and enjoys educating others * Curious, friendly, and ready to step into a slower-paced, people-focused pharmacy role This isn't your typical pharmacy job.
