  2-3 years of ICU experience (If closer to 2, needs to be really strong, self-starter, experience in variety of care and ability to work independently & quickly)

  ACLS
  
  
  
  
  



• 
  
  
  
  
  Cerner experience preferred

  TNCC, PALS, CCRN preferred

  Floating: Yes, ED (not just ICU holds), Stepdown, Med surg with modified assignment . May possibly float to Behavioral Health
