This position involves providing care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum, including circulating for cesarean sections and managing IV drips such as magnesium. The role requires experience in a fast-paced womens health environment and the ability to work within a level III neonatal intensive care unit. The shift schedule includes nights, with a minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 09/07/2026. Job Details: Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week Required Qualifications: Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), AWHONN (Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses); Bachelors Degree in Nursing; Virginia state RN licensure; at least 3 years of experience in labor and delivery or a similar womens health setting Preferred Qualifications: Experience with scrub roles and circulating in operating room settings Additional Information: Experience with procedures such as cesarean sections, epidurals, blood patches, spinals, cerclage, and version. Competency in documentation systems: Meditech, CPNS. Hospital supplies scrubs as dress code. Floating within womens and childrens service line may be required.
