Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College coursework or degree in Business, Communications, Customer Service, or a related field is a plus.

Experience Requirements

• 3 yeras of previous experience in a customer service, contact center, call center, or customer support role required.
• Experience handling customer inquiries through multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media preferred.
• Proven ability to resolve customer concerns while meeting performance goals for quality, productivity, and response times.
• Experience maintaining accurate customer records and processing account updates.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication, active listening, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and web-based applications.
• Experience in logistics, delivery services, transportation, or home delivery support is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to effectively communicate by phone, email, and chat throughout the workday.
• Visual ability to read, analyze, and interpret information displayed on a computer screen.
• Ability to maintain focus and productivity in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Job Duties

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and timely issue resolution.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Deliver a "first-contact resolution" experience by identifying customer needs and providing effective solutions.
• Research and resolve complex customer issues while balancing customer satisfaction and company objectives.
• Update customer accounts, process changes, document interactions, and maintain accurate records.
• Escalate priority issues when necessary and collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution.
• Meet established performance metrics for quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
• Maintain professionalism and composure when handling sensitive or challenging customer situations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned.
