Career Development & Job Placement Lead (Alumni Support)

MW_CSD

Melwood is seeking a Job Developer to support Building Paths graduates with job development, placement, and alumni follow-up in the DC/MD region. You will build relationships with employers, provide resume and interview coaching, coordinate job fairs, and maintain accurate program data in the ETO system while guiding participants to employment goals. Minimum 3 years in workforce development and strong MS Office skills are expected; bachelor's preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr MW_CSD
