Distribution Center Address: 4980 Gateway Blvd. | Springfield, Ohio Pay: Starting at $20.13/hour Plus, earn two pay raises in your first year. Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday work week, with Friday and Saturdays off. Shift times: 1st Shift starts at 7:45 AM until finish (shifts may vary based on work volume). Team Experience Check out what some of our current team members have to say about working in our automated distribution center: Responsibilities & Qualifications You will be on your feet for the duration of your shift and will lift up to 100 pounds. No experience required; training will be provided. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed. Must be able to work in extreme cold or hot conditions while in frozen product areas. Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English for labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, and updates.
