WE Transport LLC School Bus Driver (PartTime) We Transport | Bridgeport, CT Pay & Schedule Pay: $23.65/hour Paid Training: $16.94/hour Schedule: Parttime, split shift (AM/PM) Weekdays only — no nights, weekends, or holidays Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours Why Drive with We Transport? Paid CDL training — no experience required Attendance bonuses + referral bonus program Consistent hours, consistent pay Opportunities for extra hours (charters & activity trips) Parttime benefits package: Dental, vision, 401(k), and more Supportive, safety first work environment Make a real impact in your local community What You’ll Do Safely transport students to and from school and events Drive assigned local routes Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain a clean, safe vehicle Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies Requirements CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain — we train!)
