Assumes charge responsibility for the laboratory in the absence of a supervisor and performs essential duties of an MT/MLT. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: Associate's Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences or a similar field required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. License/Certifications: Current certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician or as a Categorical Technologist (e.g., C, H, I, BB, M) required. Current certification as a Medical Technologist (ASCP, AMT, HEW, ABHI) preferred. Experience: One year of experience as a Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician required. Previous Lead experience preferred.
