Located in Central Florida (Leesburg, Florida), we are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable IT Systems Administrator to oversee, manage and support our day-to-day technology. No one does it better than we do!Lake Trucking and Stokes Fish Company have seen over 1200% growth in the past 14 years, and we are looking for the right person to manage our IT systems for the next 14+ years.We are looking for a hands-on IT person to manage and support our day-to-day technology.This is a practical, all-around IT position. You should be comfortable fixing problems yourself, supporting users, managing servers and networks, and keeping the company's systems running.Main Responsibilities:Support approximately 50 Windows PCsSupport company cell phones and mobile devicesManage and troubleshoot Windows ServerManage Microsoft 365 / Office 365 including Outlook, email accounts, users and passwords, Microsoft Office, OneDrive / SharePoint as neededSupport and maintain FileMaker including users and permissions, strong troubleshooting skills, basic database changes and maintenance, FileMaker databases, FileMaker ServeSupport QuickBooks including user setup and permissions, desktop/network access, updates and troubleshooting, backups, printer and connection issues, work with accounting staff when problems occurMaintain the company network including Wi-Fi, routers, switches, internet connections, printers, network troubleshootingSet up new computers, users, phones, and equipmentHandle backups, updates, security, antivirus, and basic cybersecurityTroubleshoot hardware and software problemsWork with outside vendors when neededKeep basic documentation of systems, equipment, passwords, and proceduresCybersecurity and Compliance:Identify, assess, and mitigate security vulnerabilities through proactive risk management and remediation.Maintain a strong cybersecurity posture by monitoring emerging threats and implementing effective prevention measures.Develop and enforce IT security policies, standards, and best practices to protect company assets and data.Safeguard data, network access, and backup systems while supporting disaster recovery and business continuity planning.Experience We Need:The right person should have real hands-on experience with:FileMaker / FileMaker ServerQuickBooksMicrosoft 365 / Office 365Windows PCsWindows ServerComputer networking including Wi-Fi, routers, switches, printers, and internet troubleshootingMobile phones and company devicesUser support and troubleshootingYou do not need to know everything, but you need to be able to figure things out, solve problems, and keep the business running.Best Fit:We need someone who is:Very DependableOrganizedGood with peopleAble to explain technical problems in simple termsComfortable working independentlyAble to prioritize urgent problemsWilling to handle both simple help-desk issues and larger IT problemsThis is a good position for an experienced IT Generalist, Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, or FileMaker Administrator who likes being the person responsible for making everything work.Benefits include competitive salary based on experience, medical, dental & vision insurance, paid vacation, sick time/paid holidays, professional growth and development opportunities in a growing company, and company paid life insurance.
