Donor Care Specialist / Phlebotomist

Join the American National Red Cross as a Donor Care Specialist / Phlebotomist and support our lifesaving blood services. In this role, you will perform safe, high-quality blood collections, ensure excellent donor care, and maintain strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards. You’ll set up and break down mobile or fixed-site drives, conduct pre-screening, accurately label and handle specimens, and document all procedures. Collaborate with a compassionate, mission-driven team while building your clinical, customer service, and emergency response skills in a fast-paced, humanitarian setting.
