Position Summary: This position is responsible for managing and coordinating the pickup of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Key duties include preparing and organizing will-call orders, verifying order details against invoices, assisting customers with locating and loading materials, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. The role also involves communicating with sales staff and customers to resolve discrepancies or address special requests.

Responsibilities:

• Primarily to perform customer service tasks filling orders of "walk-in" customers.
• Engage and build professional relationships, providing excellent customer service.
• Proactively assist customers with loading and unloading of materials purchased.
• Maintain yard, product and work areas in a neat, clean and safe manner.
• Maintain fundamental product knowledge & location throughout the yard.
• Ensure products and materials are well stocked of inventory at all times.
• Keeps management aware of any delays or discrepancies.
• Reviews materials loaded against invoice or requisition; completes and routes paperwork appropriately.
