Facilities Operations Manager

Job Overview JLL invites you to join our team as a Facilities Operations Manager. In this role you will oversee the management and operation of properties and personnel in alignment with client directives, establishing and maintaining high standards of service, safety, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and direct the efficient operation and maintenance of all facility electrical, mechanical, structural, and life‑safety systems across a regional portfolio. Maintain client satisfaction by delivering facility services and supporting client programs. Develop and sustain positive client relationships. Manage contract compliance, corporate and account quality controls, and vendor partnerships. Track site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to identify challenges and implement corrective actions. Partner with client stakeholders to ensure portfolio oversight is timely and comprehensive. Collaborate with the regional team to drive overall account success. Manage work orders for maintenance teams and vendors. Enforce company policies, safety training requirements, and hazard control practices to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations. Support the implementation of short‑ and long‑term projects that reduce operating costs and increase productivity. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual on‑site inspections. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Minimum four years of industry experience in a corporate environment, third‑party service provider, or consulting role. General knowledge of building systems (mechanical and electrical). Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, SharePoint, Teams) and CMMS systems. Location & Employment On‑site – Beaumont, TX.
