The Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead one or two of our most complex, high-value residential builds at a time. You will be a trusted partner to our clients and a mentor to our PROject Management team, making sure every detail, from budget and schedule to quality and communication, is handled with precision.

What You'll Do

• Lead large-scale luxury residential projects from planning through completion, overseeing scope, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, building lasting relationships through consistent, transparent communication.
• Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost control, profitability tracking, and approval of major budget changes.
• Develop project strategies that align with client expectations and company goals, and guide risk management planning.
• Mentor and supervise PROject Managers, contribute to hiring decisions, and model the standards and work ethic expected at CopeGrand.
• Resolve escalated challenges, including schedule delays, client concerns, and construction issues, without compromising quality, timeline, or budget.
• Ensure every project meets CopeGrand standards for quality, safety, and communication, and help refine our processes over time.
• Champion Buildertrend and other project management systems across the team.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience managing high-end residential construction projects.
• Proven track record building custom homes valued at $2 million and above.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Exceptional communication skills and poise working with discerning, high-net-worth clients.
• Experience leading and mentoring project management teams.
• Buildertrend or similar construction management software experience

Compensation & Benefits

• $100,000 - $200,000 a year, based on experience
