Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide professional nursing care to patients with diagnoses including CHF, COPD, and pneumonia
• Administer heparin drips based on aptt results
• Work collaboratively with PCTs and a charge RN on the floor
• Utilize EPIC for charting and patient documentation
• Adapt to floating requirements as necessary based on census

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Valid RN license in the state of WV
• BLS (AHA) and NIHSS certifications
• Experience in Med Surg within an acute care setting
