Veterinary Receptionist Acoaxet Veterinary Clinic is seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our busy and growing general practice team. As the first point of contact for our clients and patients, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience while helping our hospital run smoothly each day. Responsibilities include: Welcoming clients and pets with exceptional customer service Scheduling appointments and managing the daily appointment flow Answering phone calls, emails, and client inquiries Checking patients in and out for appointments Processing payments and maintaining accurate records Entering and updating client and patient information in our practice management system Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming Assisting with administrative tasks and supporting the veterinary team as needed Escalating complex client concerns to management when appropriate Qualifications: Minimum of 12 months of experience in a veterinary practice required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Experience with veterinary software is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Pay: From $18.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Employee discount Employee assistance program Life insurance Paid time off If you are passionate about helping people and pets, enjoy working as part of a team, and are looking for an opportunity to grow in veterinary medicine, we'd love to hear from you!
