Production Manager

Manufacturing Manager

Lead, supervise, and develop a team of approximately 25-30 production employees.

Plan, coordinate, and prioritize daily manufacturing operations to maximize productivity and minimize costs.

Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer requirements.

Optimize staffing, machinery, and material utilization to improve production efficiency.

Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve productivity and product quality.

Collaborate with engineering teams regarding work order changes, tooling improvements, and technical drawings.

Identify and resolve manufacturing and production issues.

Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations.

Promote workplace safety and maintain a positive manufacturing environment.

Prepare production reports, forecasts, and operational performance metrics.

Foster strong employee relations while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Perform additional production management responsibilities as assigned.

Bilingual communication skills required (English and Spanish).

Minimum 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience required.

Previous experience supervising manufacturing or production teams required.

Experience managing production operations in a manufacturing facility preferred.

Strong leadership, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal, written, and technical communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Experience collaborating with engineering teams preferred.
