Senior Program Manager, Measurement

The TikTok Marketing Science Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimize their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behavior change.TikTok is looking for a Senior Program Manager to help drive initiatives, support measurement marketing efforts with 3rd party partners, and coordinate ongoing initiatives within the Global Measurement team. This position requires someone with attention to detail, curiosity about ad measurement, someone comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and who has the ability to take initiative and find opportunities to have impact for the team. This role will interact with a wide range of stakeholders across many functions including Data Science, Marketing, Product, Product Marketing and Sales.Job Responsibilities- Strong history of creating internal and midplatform tools- Ability to orchestrate large scale programs across large organizations- Own projects that improve team operations and processes, with a focus on automation and reducing manual reporting overhead.- Drive program operations, including planning, logistics, communication, stakeholder alignment, and post-program evaluation.- Work closely with other Program Managers, Business Analysts, and Measurement Partners to achieve projects needed to support the team.- Capture and synthesize advertiser feedback into clean, structured inputs for internal product teams and roadmap decisions.- Managing of large budgets and detailed knowledge of the global contract process.Minimum Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in program or project management.- Advanced knowledge of how large enterprise companies operate.- Profiency in running media measurement.- Experience working with or supporting research or analytics teams.- Effective problem-solving skills with a curious and investigative mindset.- Desire to learn about the advertising ecosystem and ad measurement.- Ability to take partially scoped or ambiguous asks and see it through to completion.Preferred Qualifications:- Ability to be self-motivated and take initiative.- Automation-first mindset with demonstrated ability to operationalize and systematize reporting rather than simply maintain it.- Effective problem-solving skills with a curious and investigative mindset.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Req ID: A17899
