The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping children achieve developmental milestones and improve communication skills. Responsibilities Evaluate and assess speech, language, feeding, and swallowing disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Provide evidence-based therapy services to pediatric patients. Educate families regarding treatment goals and progress. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, educators, and caregivers. Participate in multidisciplinary care planning. Requisition/Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Pediatric experience required. Knowledge of developmental milestones and pediatric communication disorders.
