What You'll Be Doing
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation in electronic health systems
- Perform routine clinical tasks including venipuncture and vital sign assessments
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families
What We Need To See
- Diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant program
- At least two years of experience in an outpatient clinic setting
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems, preferably Epic
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient care
