Project Manager

A growing commercial construction organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily and institutional construction projects. This role is best suited for a detail-oriented professional who excels in managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships. Project Types Institutional construction projects ranging from $40M–$200M Key Responsibilities Manage full project lifecycle including preconstruction, execution, and closeout Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost control Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Collaborate with superintendents to ensure alignment between field and office operations Maintain communication with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Support preconstruction planning and procurement strategies Ensure projects remain on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations Qualifications Minimum 5 years of construction experience Experience in multifamily and/or institutional construction strongly preferred Proven track record of managing or supporting large-scale commercial projects Strong administrative, organizational, and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex workflows Demonstrated career progression in project management or construction coordination Compensation Salary range to be determined based on experience Bonus eligibility and potential stipends Competitive benefits package Clear pathway for advancement into senior leadership roles #J-18808-Ljbffr Just Construction Recruitment
