Will consider high school diploma or equivalent (GED) with at least 12 years of experience and knowledge of progressive experience in finance. Bachelor's degree with 8 years or Master's degree with 6 years of experience and knowledge of progressive experience in Accounting, Finance or related fieldStrong computer skills with high-level Excel skills, specifically the ability to work with pivot tables, lookup functions, and conditional formattingMust be a US citizenBe able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)Preferred Requirements:Analytical skillsPresentation skillsOrganizational/Time Management skills and ability to multitaskSelf-motivated and works well in team environmentExperience with Earned Value Management System reportingPrimary Level Salary Range: $112,200.00 - $168,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
