What You'll Do

As a School LPN, you will:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
• Monitor and assess changes in students' physical and psychosocial conditions
• Collect, analyze, and document health information and nursing observations
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to support student health needs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in the state of practice Current BLS/CPR Certification Current TB Test or Chest X-Ray Strong communication and clinical assessment skills Passion for providing high-quality care in an educational setting
