You will leverage your technical and product management skills to lead large, critical projects involving distributed systems, generative AI integration, real-time personalization, and multi-channel orchestration. You will collaborate with diverse business and technical partners—including applied scientists, engineering teams, merchandisers, and marketing stakeholders—to shape our technology and define product strategy.You are a strong product leader who excels at working backwards from the customer to define products, prioritize features, and communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences. You have a strong sense of ownership, passion to provide great customer experiences, and excellent judgement even in high-pressure situations. You thrive in ambiguity, making sound decisions with incomplete information while balancing speed with long-term quality.We need a leader who will help us define the future of Amazon's automated marketing and merchandising. Owning strategic planning to achieve business objectives and define product vision, experimentation roadmap, and comprehensive balanced KPIs to measure impact and progress.2. Working closely with software managers, engineers, applied scientists, and business stakeholders across different teams on a daily basis to define system architecture, define user stories, and discuss business and technical trade-offs. 3. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
