Echo Tech Extern

As a Echo Tech Extern with Catholic Medical Center you can be a part of an organization that is devoted to giving back!

We are seeking highly motivated candidates with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Physiology who are interested in launching a career in Cardiovascular Ultrasound. This comprehensive 12-month Training Program combines hands-on clinical experience, direct mentorship, and progressive competency development to prepare participants for a career as an Echocardiography Technologist.

Participants will receive one-on-one preceptorship, hands-on scanning experience, image review with interpreting cardiologists, monthly competency evaluations, and a structured pathway toward independent practice and professional certification eligibility.

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelors Degree in Exercise Physiology required
• Strong interest in cardiovascular imaging and patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Commitment to successfully completing the 12-month training program
