Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

As a Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell, you will lead the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes to enhance product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. As a trusted partner, we provide actionable solutions and innovation through our Aerospace Technologies, Building Automation, Energy and Sustainability Solutions, and Industrial Automation business segments – powered by our Honeywell Forge software – that help make the world smarter, safer and more sustainable.You Must Have:5+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering or related roles.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, process optimization techniques, and automation skill set, including experience with industrial controls, automated equipment, data acquisition, programming/scripting, process optimization, and integration of smart manufacturing technologies to improve quality, throughput, and operational efficiency.Proficient in programming languages, including but not limited to LabVIEW, Python, and SQLExtensive experience with test systemsProficiency with data analysis methodologies to support process improvements.Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.We Value:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline, preferably Electrical Engineering.Experience in high/low-volume mix manufacturing environments.Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and smart manufacturing concepts.Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to think innovatively.Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with global teams.Experience with design for manufacturability (DFM), testability, and failure mode identification.Knowledge of Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (GRR).Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO and AS9100.The salary range for this position is ($102,000 - $127,000).
