Description Join the Customer Service Department at Grassland Dairy Products – where teamwork and exceptional customer care matter. The Order Processing Specialist plays a key role in delivering exceptional support to both internal and external customers. Working closely with the Sales Department, the Specialist helps ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience through teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to service excellence. Although the role contributes to the overall customer experience, the position is primarily focused on internal support and collaboration. Candidates must be able to work on‑site. Essential Duties and Responsibilities This position is based in‑office and follows a Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule. Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures. Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations. Demonstrate an understanding of the products manufactured. Receives and researches customer complaints. Maintains customer database. Transmits pricing to customers. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to adapt effectively within a continually changing and demanding environment. Must be able to demonstrate an ability and willingness to communicate effectively to maintain high levels of quality and efficiency. Demonstrate an understanding of products and production processes to assist with customer questions. Demonstrates ability to work with management, sales, and other departments to solve problems. Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment. This position requires strong communication and computer skills, and strong attention to detail.
